然而战争却爆发了，前线的吃紧让全部的伊修瓦尔人都感到吃惊，于是热血依旧的男孩告别了自己的未婚妻奔赴战场。
女孩焦急的等待，却什么也没有等到，当前线的消息再度传来时敌人的枪口却已经对准了平民，一场大屠杀开始了，父亲为了保护女儿而死，之后伊修瓦尔人被迫逐出了自己的土地四处流浪，而此时女孩只剩下了孤身一人。
